Fall is here (supposedly) and it is still in the upper 80's low 90's here in Maryland so that means I can continue to rock my cute sandals and flip flops a little longer.  So with that being said I still have to make sure that my feet are sandal ready.  One way that i do this is by using a quick, easy and effective scrub using items that I already have on hand.  Now..yes...i could make a scrub using the ingredients that I use in the sugar scrubs in my shop such as Avocado Oil and Macadamia Nut Oil...

Currently on the curing rack is our moisturizing Salt Bar/Spa Bar Offering two scents: Fresh n Clean: Top notes-icy Ozone, Orange Zest, Bergamot.   Just restocked a best seller: Triple Oatmeal soap. This soap is chock full of ingredients that basically you can eat but is oh so good for your skin. Especially if you are struggling with problem skin.  Key players: Oats Aloe Coconut milk This is a rather rich soap with a creamy dense lather. This past week has been a busy one for my eight year old daughter.  Between school then dance, chorus, orchestra and cheerleading all two days per week Amya stays pretty busy.  This week in particular she had all of those activities to do plus her first daddy daughter dance awww...then the next day her first cheerleading meet.            Needless to say I had to make sure that during the in between times, Amya had a way to stay hydrated and keep her energy levels up.  I like to make healthy snacks that everyone in the house would love to...
